It was intended for DYCI students, including graduate, undergraduate, and transfer students. However, if you are not a DYCI student, it makes no sense to use this website because the products provided here are only available to students at this school, and before you can order an item, the admin must first authorize your account to verify if you are a DYCI student; if you are not, you cannot order any items but can view those.

To create an account on this platform, you must click Register and input your student number, which will be generated from the id provided by the school, as well as the personal information required. You also have to upload the front and back of your Student ID for verification. The result of your registration will be sent to the Email Address you provided. If it is accepted, you will get an email with your new password for your account.

To update the password, simply click on the profile name in the Navbar beneath it. My Account will then appear, where you may modify your profile and change your password by clicking the change password button.

To recover your password, provide your full name, student ID number, image of your student ID, and once your request is received by the registrar, the registrar will notify you if it is accepted or rejected. If it is accepted, you will be received a new password through the email address you provided.

If you are requesting a refund, you must contact the admins through the email address provided and ensure that you have a justification or acceptable reason for requesting a refund. To be instantly redirected to the cashier's email, click the "Email" option on the footer section below. Please keep in mind that you can only request a refund if it is possible, since we have advised you to double-check your payment and details before proceeding.

Because online payment is not new to everyone, we encourage users to do it instead of paying at the cashier campus. Also, to reduce the workload of the cashier employees and the queue at the cashier line.

It is up to the cashier in charge of keeping your order, but be assured that as soon as the cashier has received your order, they will notify you of the day on which you can claim your purchase.

You can pick up your order at the College cashier, which is located on the second floor of the Sofia Building, just in front of the Elnida Hotel and near the Entrance Gate.

We're afraid we can't cancel your order since once you pay for it, it's automatically marked as an order, but we can provide a refund if you'll provide a proof of your cancelled order.
